CairnOps privacy
CairnOps is deployed on infrastructure selected by its administrator. The instance stores monitoring state and communicates directly with its web and mobile clients.
Monitoring data
Targets, observations, incidents, accounts, activity logs, and configuration remain under the instance operator’s control. Homeblack operates no tunnel that provides access to this data.
Connectors and secrets
Connectors communicate with services configured by the administrator. Technical secrets are hidden or sealed by the instance and must never be attached to a support request.
Mobile notifications
When enabled, the official Push relay receives an opaque recipient, an encrypted message, and delivery metadata. It does not gain access to the instance or its complete state.
Support
Homeblack receives only the information you choose to send. Infrastructure data must be anonymized before sharing.
