Technitium Console privacy
Technitium Console connects your Apple device directly to the Technitium DNS Server installations you choose. Grégory Narcin, the individual publisher of Technitium Console, operates no relay that receives your DNS activity.
Data stored on the device
The app stores connection profiles, security choices, approved certificate identities, preferences, and required API tokens. Profiles and tokens are protected by the Apple data-protection Keychain.
DNS activity
Queries, logs, statistics, and operations travel directly between the device and configured server. Technitium Console does not route them through publisher-operated infrastructure and includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDK.
Widgets and optional sync
Widgets receive a reduced snapshot without credentials, DNS queries, domains, client addresses, or query-log content. If profile sync is enabled, the profile and token may use end-to-end encrypted iCloud Keychain sync; DNS activity and widget snapshots are not included.
Support and deletion
A support message contains only the information you choose to send. Removing an installation from the app deletes its profile and token from the app’s local and synchronized scopes without changing data on the Technitium server.
